OK.Clarinetists,

As I had said before.I will be giving all of you a new instruction about what you should do during packing and setting the formation,during sectional and requirement need for a clarinetist.

First,I will say the duties assigned by me and mingming.

Collecting of stands,files and tuners:
Monday- Stands: Nuh/Daniel
Tuners and Files: Joleen
I-recommand: Mingming

Friday- Stands: Candice
Tuners and Files: Johnathan
I-recommand: Ziliang


Keeping of stands,files and tuners:
Monday- Stands: Yu Meng/Angeline
Tuners and Files: Maywen
I-recommand: Ziliang

Friday- Stands: Yunhan
Tuners and Files: Yiqian
I-recommand: Mingming

This is the schedule.I and mingming will check every monday and friday.If we found out any of you didn do what you should do, you will be punish.

Next,I will say what you should do during band sectional.

If there's a sectional,the seniors will take in charge of the juniors in alternate ways.
First week: Ziliang and Joleen - Ziliang in charge
Second week: Johnathan and Yiqian - Johnathan in charge
Thirth week: Mingming and Yunhan - Mingming in charge
Fourth week: Nuh and Maywen - Maywen in charge

This will be carry out soon.I might change the schedule back to normal like SL or ASL to teach only.The purpose of this is to let some of you to experience how to lead and in the process,you,seniors can learn some positive and negative things.It can also reflect how you teach and solve the situation.The Sec2s does not need to worry on how to teach. It will help you to gain confidence on what you are doing.The SL and ASL will help you if you need help. But if I or Mingming find out any bad things you are teaching the Sec1s,we will take action.But if the schedule is not working,I will return it back to normal.For the people I didn put your names in the schedule for teaching the Sec1s, it's not that I doesnt trust you or scare you will do bad things to the juniors, it is just that I would like you to improve more in your playing and focus on it too.You will see that it can help you alot as well.And for the people I entrusted you to teach the Sec1s,I will also like to see some improvements in both discipline and couragement.I will see how you are doing and if you are not too suitable to teach the juniors I might change you.Dont think it in a wrong way.

Lastly,Mingming had writen the rules as a clarinetist.

Rules:
-Respect your leaders and seniors and show equally respect to every single person.
-Do not leave the stands and files behind even if you know that that particular person is packing.
-Be more pro-active and cooperating when your SL or ASL tell you to do something(dont keep asking why.If you want to know the reasons,ask it in a proper way)
-If your leaders,instructors or teachers is talking,you are not to talk and do other stuffs.
-Do not talk back to your seniors,leaders,teachers and instructors.
-Raise your hand if you have any comment(No stupid question.If the person did not see you raising your hand,wait and try raising again after he/she is done with what he/she is doing.
-Dont talk among yourselves when the instructors,leaders and teachers is talking during combined band or sectional.
-If you have some important things to do or talk,talk at your lowest volume and dont talk uneccessary.

I know I'm naggy.But please do it.Anyway,I doesnt want to hear any question about the new timetable I have given you.You should know what,when and how you should do.If you cant remember the duty schedule,please write it in a notebook,handbook or foolscarp.
